Let AI shopping agents buy from your store.
Grok Bot, the Shop app agent, Amazon's Buy for Me and ChatGPT now buy on customers' behalf. Most stores outside Shopify put something in their way, and almost a third stop them before the card form. We fix that in a week and prove it every month.

On 29 October 2026 we sent a scripted browser down a shopping agent's buying path, from the home page to the card form, at 55 US WooCommerce stores.
The other 6 could not be called either way: no card form showed before the address was filled in. Stops we saw: CAPTCHA widgets on the checkout, Cloudflare challenge pages, carts dropped between pages, products the agent could not add without a hidden choice, and whole agent families refused at the door.
What a shopping agent is
A shopping agent is an AI assistant that buys things for a person instead of just recommending them. The person says "find me a gooseneck kettle under $80 and order it"; the agent searches, compares, picks a store, fills the checkout and pays with a card the person has given it. The person sees a confirmation, not a browser.
- Grok Bot (xAI) drives a real browser and pays with a one-time card from Shop or Stripe Link. It buys from any store that lets it through and has a checkout it can finish.
- ChatGPT finds products through merchant feeds and sends the buyer to the store's own checkout inside its app.
- The Shop app agent (Shopify) pays with Shop Pay on Shopify stores and with a Shop-issued card everywhere else.
- Amazon Buy for Me buys from other merchants' websites for Amazon customers through the merchant's own checkout.
- Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot run checkout through their own protocols, open to US stores for now.
An agent does not care about brand ads or marketplace rank. It cares whether your product matches, your price is fair, and your store lets it finish. A small store that passes those three tests wins orders it would never get from a person browsing Amazon first.
What goes wrong, most common first
- The agent is blocked at the door. Firewalls and CDNs treat it as a scraper. In our test, 5 of the 55 stores answered with a bot challenge page before the card form, and 5 turned ChatGPT's or Perplexity's shopping agent away. The store never learns the sale was lost.
- The agent cannot finish the checkout. A CAPTCHA, a login wall, a cookie banner over the button, a product that needs a date or an option the add-to-cart link did not set. The agent moves to the next store.
- The agent cannot read the catalog. Missing price, stock or variant data means the store never makes the shortlist.
- Scrapers come in with the buyers. Opening the door without telling buying agents from training crawlers hands your catalog to everyone.
- Nobody can see what happened. Agent orders look like ordinary orders, so you cannot tell whether agents are buying, failing or never arriving.
What we do
A plugin for WooCommerce or PrestaShop, or a module for a custom PHP store, plus a person who keeps it current.
- Agents get in, scrapers don't. Verified shopping agents are allowed through your CDN, firewall and bot manager. Training crawlers get the rules you choose.
- A checkout an agent can finish. Guest checkout, no CAPTCHA or interstitial on the buying path for verified agents, a standard card form that accepts the one-time cards agents carry, clean confirmation pages. We test it with a browser agent and fix what fails.
- A catalog agents can read. Complete schema.org product data on every page, plus feed exports in the formats each program takes.
- Protocol checkouts where they are live. For US stores: Google's checkout for AI Mode and Gemini, OpenAI's checkout, Microsoft Copilot Checkout. Stores elsewhere get them the day each program opens there.
- Registration and a monthly proof. We file the applications that exist, keep them current as specs change, and send a monthly report: an agent run through your checkout, which agents visited, what they bought, what failed.
Pricing
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Pilot | Setup free. No monthly fee for 90 days. 5% of orders the plugin attributes to a shopping agent, capped at $45 a month. | Everything in Monthly. After 90 days: Monthly, or cancel. |
| Monthly | $45 per store per month, setup $220 once | Spec updates, re-registration when programs change, the monthly agent run and report, email support. |
| Agency | $34 per store per month from the fifth store | Same, one invoice. |
Prices exclude VAT. EUR and CZK invoicing available. Cancel any month; the plugin keeps working for 30 days after cancellation, then stops registering updates. You own your catalog data and your agent-program accounts.
Why the pilot is priced per agent order: you should not pay for agent shopping until it shows up in your orders. The plugin tags each order with how sure it is that an agent placed it: certain when the checkout request carries an agent's signature, likely when it is paid with a Shop-issued one-time card. Only certain and likely orders are billed. Orders that follow a link from chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, Gemini or the Shop app are listed as AI-referred and not billed, because a person placed them. Grok Bot drives a plain browser and cannot be told apart, so its orders are free.
How it works
- Free check. Send your store URL. Within a day you get a report: which agents your store blocks, whether a browser following an agent's path reaches your card form, what your product data is missing, with a screenshot.
- Install. You install the plugin and give us access to the settings that need changing. Setup takes a week, usually less. Your human checkout stays as it is.
- Monthly proof. Each month an agent is run through your checkout again, and you get the report with what agents did on the store.
Free agent check
Email your store URL to hello@botsket.com with the subject "Agent check". The report comes back within one working day, no strings. If your store is already passable, the report says so and that is the end of it.
Questions
Does this change my checkout for human customers?
No. The rules apply to verified agents. Humans see the same pages and the same payment options as before.
Won't letting agents in also let scrapers in?
No. Buying agents are identified by signed requests and published address ranges. Training crawlers and unknown bots keep whatever rules you have today, and we can tighten them.
I'm on Shopify.
Shopify gives its merchants agent checkout natively. You don't need us.
How do you know an order came from an agent?
Signed requests from an agent's browser are certain. Shop-issued one-time cards are likely. Orders that follow a link from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or the Shop app are listed as AI-referred and not billed. Everything else is unknown and never billed. The monthly report lists every tagged order so you can check.
What if a program changes its rules?
That is the monthly fee. The specs change every few weeks; we update the plugin and re-register the store.
